STEVE D. ANDERSON, Vice President of Mid-East/Canada region, has been in the industry since 1984. He has held various management positions in field support and sales. Prior to his time with Black Box Network Services, Mr. Anderson was an Officer in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Journalism and receive his MA in Human Relations Management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.

J.M. (JOE) DALY brings over 20 years of telecommunications experience to his position as regional vice-president, western region. In this role, Mr. Daly expands sales in major markets, executes strategic and operational plans, and improves service quality within the region.

Prior to this position, Mr. Daly was the regional vice-president, western region sales for NextiraOne, a company acquired by Black Box Corporation. Mr. Daly also served as vice president and general manager for Williams Communications Solutions, as well as various sales positions at Nortel Communications Solutions and Pactel Meridian Systems. Mr. Daly holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and organizational behavior from University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

CHUCK PESIK as regional vice-president, eastern region, expands sales in major markets, executes strategic and operational plans, and improves service quality within the region.

Prior to his role with Black Box Network Services, Mr. Pesik was regional vice-president, eastern region and national sales at NextiraOne, a company acquired by Black Box Corporation. In prior roles, Mr. Pesik managed global activities with NextiraOne Europe and served as the executive director of national accounts. For more than 18 years, Mr. Pesik has held numerous business development roles with Williams Communications and Nortel Communications, which later became NextiraOne. Prior to joining the NextiraOne family of companies, Mr. Pesik worked for Candela Electronics. He began his career with SNET.

DONNA M. WARNER is the Regional Vice President of the Central Region. Prior, she was the Vice President of Channels Development for Norstan. Ms. Warner had served as the Vice President of Field Services for the Central and Western U.S since 1999, located in Minnesota. Prior to that role, Ms. Warner was the Business Unit Manager for New Mexico, responsible for both Sales and Operations. Ms. Warner joined Norstan in 1983 in the Phoenix office, and has held a variety of sales, operations and management positions.

JEFFREY A. MATTSON is the Vice President of Black Box Resale Services. Mr. Mattson served a President and COO of Vibes Technologies, Inc (subsidiary of Norstan) from 2000 through the acquisition by Black Box in 2005. He started with Norstan in 1998 and had several successful years in sales and marketing. He became Vice President and General Manager of Norstan Financial Services in 1996. Prior to joining Black Box, he held various sales and management positions for three years with Control Data Corporation and has six years experience in procurement at Land O’Lakes.

JAMES (JIM) E. CASSIBO is the Vice President of Finance. Mr. Cassibo joined Norstan in 1992 as a Chief Accountant. Mr. Cassibo has also held positions at Norstan as the Manager of Planning and Accounting, Director of Finance, Planning and Administration, and Vice President Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Norstan, Mr. Cassibo held various positions with IBM Canada, Ltd. Mr. Cassibo is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Waterloo Ontario where he received a BA in Financial and Management accounting. Mr. Cassibo has a Certified Management Accounting designation from Canada.

MICHAEL E. LAUGHLIN is the Vice President of Shared Field Services. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Vice President of Services Delivery. Previously, Mr. Laughlin was Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of Customer Support and Customer Services, respectively, beginning in May 1996. Prior to those positions, Mr. Laughlin was Vice President of Customer Support Centers as of May 1994. Mr. Laughlin joined Norstan in 1976 and has held a variety of executive and management positions during that time.

ALAN PERRY joined Black Box (then Norstan) in March of 1998 as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Black Box, Mr. Perry was Vice President of Human Resources at Knowles Electronics (Chicago) from 1996 to 1998, A.B. Dick (Chicago) from 1993 to 1996 and Nicolet Instruments (Madison, WI) from 1989 to 1993. From 1972 to 1989, he held various Human Resources management positions at Control Data in Minneapolis and Los Angeles. From 1970 to 1972, Mr. Perry served in the U.S. Army in a personnel role in Stuttgart, Germany. Mr. Perry is certified as a Senior Profession in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a certificate in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
