Legacy Voice Reports and Alarm Data
NextiraOne will keep up to six months of data available online for your access. In some cases reports or alarm data may be overwritten by newly prepared data. In all cases, however, the maximum retention is six months from the current date. Additional information may be available by special request. Please contact your NextiraOne sales representative if you require voice reports or alarm data beyond this timeframe.

Converged Reports
NextiraOne will keep 7 days of daily reports, 5 weeks of weekly reports, and 13 months of monthly reports online. Additional report data may be available by special request. Please contact your NextiraOne sales representative if you require reports beyond this timeframe.

One-Time Generated Reports
NextiraOne will keep one-time generated reports for up to six months. These reports will be available online for your access.
