WCS was acquired today from parent company, Williams Communications, LLC (NYSE:WCG). With year 2000 revenues in excess of $1.3 billion and a workforce of more than 5,800, WCS is a leading provider of fully integrated enterprise communications services to businesses throughout North America.

Milgo Solutions, a Platinum Equity company, is a voice and data solutions and services provider in the consulting, design, provisioning, deployment, management, and support of mission-critical wide-area networks.

Nextira will be headquartered in Houston, Texas, with significant operations in Sunrise, Florida, such as a key solutions support center and significant sales, marketing, and administrative functions.
