Important Message for NextiraOne's NEC Customers

To Our Valued Customers:

Some of you may have had questions recently about NextiraOne's relationship with NEC. Allow me to provide you an update.

NextiraOne's relationship with NEC recently changed from a direct NEC Authorized Associate to an NEC Authorized Reseller. This change will have no impact on you, the customer. NextiraOne will still have access to the same breadth of NEC products and TAC support that we have always enjoyed, but we will now procure this support through one of NEC's distribution partners, Paracon. A copy of NEC's letter to NextiraOne confirming this relationship is available for your review by selecting the highlighted text in this sentence.

Please rest assured that this arrangement in no way affects our ability to provide the high level of maintenance service that you have come to expect from NextiraOne. In addition, NextiraOne's access to NEC product and TAC support enables us to continue to provide equipment and implementation services for New Systems, Upgrades or MAC activity.
