NextiraOne Recognized by Cisco Systems as
IPCC Enterprise Advanced Technology Provider
HOUSTON - Jun. 20, 2005 - NextiraOne announced today it has achieved the Internet Protocol Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise Advanced Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco Systems®. This ATP designation is by invitation only and recognizes NextiraOne for its ability to provide the core knowledge and skills required to successfully deploy Cisco® IP Contact Center solutions targeted to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace. This program enables partners to provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration (CTI) and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based network.
"ATP partners are instrumental in helping Cisco penetrate new growth markets," said Paul Mountford, senior vice president, Worldwide Channels at Cisco Systems. "The new IPCC Enterprise ATP status indicates that NextiraOne is able to successfully deploy one of the most advanced technologies Cisco offers, Cisco IP Contact Center solutions, to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace."
Resource Requirements
Attaining the IPCC Enterprise ATP status required NextiraOne to achieve the IP Telephony Technology Specialization as a prerequisite. In addition, NextiraOne was required to fulfill the following job roles with qualified individuals who have met specific testing requirements: an account manager, responsible for IP telephony sales methodology; a project manager, responsible for project plan development and execution; a system engineer, responsible for Cisco IPCC solution planning and design; a deployment engineer, responsible for the configuration, implementation, and integration of the Cisco IPCC solutions; an applications consultant, responsible for design, configuration, and customized management of Cisco IPCC solutions; a consulting engineer, responsible for customers with support to design an integrated solution; and a technical assistance center (TAC) support engineer, responsible for troubleshooting network problems related to Cisco IPCC solutions.
Customer Satisfaction Requirement
In addition to the personnel requirements, NextiraOne has agreed to meet specific customer satisfaction requirements. This includes undertaking a random customer survey to obtain a customer satisfaction rating from end users. In order to maintain its ATP status, NextiraOne must obtain a 4.0 average rating out of a possible 5.0 for every five surveys completed.
Lab Requirement
The IPCC Enterprise ATP also requires NextiraOne to build a lab for development and customer fault replication. The lab must contain current, upgraded and maintained Cisco IPCC solutions, each configured for "real-world" testing to simulate actual end-user conditions. The lab must also be suitable for the following purposes: proof-of-concept demonstration, application development, fault replication and internal training.
