Adea Solutions Wins IT Services Contract from NextiraOne™
DALLAS - SEPTEMBER 2, 2005 --- Adea Solutions, Inc., a global provider of business process and technology consulting services, announced today that it has been awarded a three-year contract from NextiraOne™ (www.nextiraone.com/us) to provide advanced technology services and network field services. The renewable contract is anticipated to be worth $75 million to $100 million over a three-year period.
NextiraOne is enhancing its service offerings for enterprise clients including a significant focus on professional services as it moves to a more client-centric business model. Through its professional services offerings, NextiraOne assists clients in planning for and implementing initiatives such as securing networks, optimizing contact centers and effectively migrating current infrastructures to converged technologies. This agreement will enable the company to enhance its professional services capabilities and expand its customer footprint with additional resources as this segment of its business grows. In addition, it enables NextiraOne to increase business efficiencies with its existing personnel, reduce costs and standardize strategic resourcing processes.
