The Solutions Support Center (SSC) is the Black Box Network Services nerve center for our data and voice service and support infrastructure. Our 45,000 square-foot, advanced technology resource center is located in Houston, Texas. The SSC enables us to monitor your networks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our highly skilled technical engineers have a wealth of industry knowledge and have access to the latest technology to address virtually every aspect of remotely managing your complex networking environments.
SSC Services
The SSC is comprised of strategic departments: Data Remote Services, Telecom Remote Services, Data and Voice Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Remote Diagnostics and the Technical Briefing Center. These departments provide networking solutions that range from remote monitoring, managing and reporting on the clients' mission-critical LANs, WANs and PBXs to worldwide network configuration, project coordination, customized service reporting, help desk support and remote diagnostics.
